Living in Mexico City

Mexico City feels like a place where you can build a full, interesting life very quickly. It’s massive, layered, and full of energy, but also surprisingly livable once you find your neighborhoods.

Food is a huge part of daily life, and it’s both incredible and affordable. The café and remote work scene is strong, and there’s always something happening culturally.

The tradeoffs are real. Traffic is intense, pollution can be an issue, and safety varies by area. But many expats find that the upside outweighs it. It’s one of those cities that gives you a lot back if you engage with it.
